PADI Divemaster Fastrack Course
The PADI Divemaster course is the first step on the Professional path. This highly desired rating gets you on your way on the path of a diving adventure. Live the envious life on tropical beaches, hidden bays or a secluded island. As a PADI Divemaster you will be able to become a local diving expert, know how to find all the best spots and learn how to handle situations that arise.
The Dive Cabo PADI Divemaster course is a 12 day adventure. Come and see the regions busiest and best equiped dive shop and learn from a collective amount of years experience, headed by our in house PADI Course Director. We have everything you need under one umbrella, coupled with our 2 locations, Cabo San Lucas marina and San Jose del Cabo marina, we have all your pro development covered!
The Dive Cabo PADI Divemaster – Fastrack, is a 12 day program that follows the PADI system. The course is designed to immerse the candidate in day to day experiences as a pro diver, from handling new divers in the Discover Scuba Diving experience, to the Con – Ed students completing higher exducation levels. It also tests your waterskills with swims, snorkeling and general water fitness. You will also join with the certified divers and learn how to guide, prevent issues becoming bigger problems and practise your briefing to make sure the divers under your watch get all the pre dive info they need to have a great dive!
This 12 day program is generally designed for the diver that has more than the minimum requirement of 60 logged dives, has experience in different conditions and needs the course done as per standards in a short time frame.
Available all year, on demand. The Dive Cabo PADI Divemaster – Fastrack starts with PADI eLearning.
This online study covers all aspects of your training with extra attention to the Dive Theory. This is needed to be completed prior to arrival.
The first day will include the course briefing and introductions, then move to the custom deep water pool to work on the 24 skills and presentations.
As a Pro diver you are expected to have your own equipment, conditions change all year, from cool 16c in March to May, to 27c+ in Sept to Nov.

To enter you will need –
- PADI Rescue diver, or equivalent.
- At least 40 logged dives to enter, 60 logged dives for certification
- 12 days (can be split)
- current First Aid / CPR certificate (available prior if needed)
- highly desired to have your own equipment

Dive Cabo has the regions only dedicated scuba training centre “klubhaus”. Cheap accommodation for the PADI Divemaster course can be rented (when available) for the 2 week timeframe. Each room has a full kitchen and bathroom set up.
We also have dive packages for those that require dives for course minimums.

Highly recommended to have your own equipment, but pieces can be rented for course duration.
